KAY STUDER teaches both Suzuki and traditional piano lessons at St. Joseph's School of Music. She received her Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from the University of Minnesota and completed post-graduate work at the University of St. Thomas. She then received Suzuki training at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, continued piano studies with Dr. Joseph Zins, and studied injury preventive piano technique with Barbara Lister-Sink. In addition to her teaching, Studer has been employed in the music business industry where she developed a broad expertise in print music editions. Studer is a member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas and is among the founding members of the Royal Conservatory Music Development Program in the United States.
